What this studio does
The org model already holds a current state and a future state, role by role and team by team. The difference between them is a list of people whose jobs change — some arriving, some ending, some resizing — and nothing until now read that list as a change problem. This studio does: it derives the stakeholder groups, and then asks the two questions a change plan has to answer for each one. Who is accountable for bringing them along, and what is going to be said to them.
It refuses the shortcuts that would make it look more decisive than it is. Nothing is material until somebody declares what material means. A role the library rates highly absorbable but the design leaves untouched is raised as a question, never scored as an impact. And a group reached only by email and a town hall is reported as exactly that — being told is not being heard.
