Terms and AI disclosure
Koko Knows produces AI-generated analysis. This page explains what that means for anything you download, and who is responsible for checking it.
Important notice
Every PDF and slide deck generated on kokoknows.ai carries this notice on its final page and a short version in the footer of every page. It is reproduced here in full.
- How this was made
- Assembled by Koko Knows (kokoknows.ai, v9.13.26.44) on 2026-09-13. Large language models wrote narrative text in this document from public filings, public web sources and the inputs you supplied. Language-model text in Koko Knows outputs is produced by Claude Opus 5, Claude Opus 4.8, Claude Sonnet 5, Claude Sonnet 4.6, Claude Haiku 4.5 (Anthropic). Figures described as modeled are calculated estimates, not observed results.
- It can be wrong
- AI systems produce inaccurate, incomplete or fabricated statements, including figures, quotations, citations and company facts. Source data may be stale, misattributed, or superseded by a later filing or announcement.
- You are responsible for verifying it
- No Koko Knows reviewer checked this document before it was generated for you. Before you rely on it, forward it, or act on it, check every figure, quotation and claim against the primary source. That review, and any decision made from this document, is yours.
- Not professional advice
- Nothing here is legal, tax, accounting, audit, investment or other professional advice. It is not an audit, a valuation, an assurance opinion, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security, and it creates no client or advisory relationship. Consult a qualified licensed adviser.
- No warranty; limitation of liability
- Provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Koko Knows and its affiliates accept no liability for any loss or damage arising from use of, or reliance on, this document.
- Third-party names
- Company, product and vendor names are the property of their owners. Their appearance here is not an endorsement, affiliation or sponsorship.
Where the content comes from
Koko Knows draws on public company filings (SEC EDGAR and XBRL company facts), public earnings-call transcripts, publicly published vendor and firm material, licensed market data, and the inputs you supply. Language-model text is produced by Claude Opus 5, Claude Opus 4.8, Claude Sonnet 5, Claude Sonnet 4.6, Claude Haiku 4.5 (Anthropic).
Figures described as modeled are calculated estimates produced by the site's own engines from those inputs — they are not observed results, not company guidance, and not survey data. Where a document shows a benchmark basis or an evidence grade, that label describes how much of the number is observed rather than assumed.
Cached data can lag. A company's most recent quarter, restatement or announcement may not be reflected in a document generated before it was published.
What we collect and why
You can read Koko Knows without an account and without telling us who you are. Signing in is optional and only adds features that need to remember you across devices.
In your browser. Your theme, your role lens, your watchlist, the company you're currently looking at, and any work you save in the studios and calculators are stored locally on your device — not on our servers. Your browser is also given a random identifier the first time you visit. It is a number, not a name: it exists so saved scenarios and past diagnostic runs come back to you on your next visit, and so usage limits apply per browser rather than per person. Clearing your site data erases it and everything attached to it.
What you type. Questions asked of Ask Koko, the companies you run diagnostics on, and any survey answers you choose to give are stored so the feature works and so we can see which parts of the product earn their keep. Where a record like that keeps a trace of your network address, that address is stored as a salted one-way hash, never in the clear. Your raw IP address is used only in the moment, to apply rate limits and bot checks.
Traffic measurement. Our hosting provider records visits, page views, referring site, device type and country in aggregate, so we can tell which pages are worth keeping. We also record which features get used inside the product. None of it builds a profile of you, and none of it follows you to other sites.
If you give us an email address — for the newsletter, for access to a gated preview, or to receive a generated document — we store it to send you what you asked for. Every email we send carries an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing stops all of it.
Who else necessarily sees some of this. The site runs on Supabase (database and server functions) and is hosted and measured by Lovable. Answers are generated by Claude Opus 5, Claude Opus 4.8, Claude Sonnet 5, Claude Sonnet 4.6, Claude Haiku 4.5 (Anthropic), so the text of a question reaches the model provider. Audio is produced by ElevenLabs, bot checks by Cloudflare, and the market ticker is a TradingView widget. There is no advertising on this site, no ad or marketing trackers, and no cross-site tracking — and we do not sell your data or share it for anyone else's marketing.
To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, email the address at the bottom of this page. If you're signed in, tell us the address you signed in with; if you're not, the quickest reset is to clear this site's data in your browser.
Acceptable use
You may use documents generated here for your own internal analysis and for advising your own clients, provided you have reviewed them first and you take responsibility for what you pass on. Do not present Koko Knows output as independently verified, audited or assured work, and do not represent it as the output of any firm other than your own.
Do not use the site to build a competing dataset by bulk extraction, to circumvent its usage limits or access controls, or in any way that breaches the terms of the underlying data sources.
Third-party names and marks
Company, product, vendor and framework names are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only. Their appearance does not imply endorsement, affiliation, sponsorship or any relationship with Koko Knows. Where a document reproduces licensed third-party content, the required attribution is rendered alongside it.
Changes
This page may change as the product does. Generated documents record the tool and version that produced them, so a document can always be read against the terms in force when it was made. This site is currently on version 9.13.26.44.
