Cases join the real agent registry through an explicit crosswalk — an agent with no evidence is refused rather than passed vacuously, and a case that resolves to no agent is reported rather than dropped. Run history turns a regression into an attributable outcome change, and the evidence bundle is machine-readable input the release gate re-derives — stating honestly that one deterministic runner, not two adapters, produced it.
