What this studio does

The roadmap draws three waves across an eighteen-month horizon and lists the considerations that ought to shape them — including that a dependency you cannot see is still a dependency. It offers nowhere to record one. This studio is that nowhere: initiatives grouped into the release each completes in, and the dependencies between them stated explicitly.

Nothing here infers an edge. The initiative charters carry their enablers as prose and no dependency field at all, so a constraint exists only because somebody stated it and said why. What the checks then find is where a stated constraint and the schedule disagree — a predecessor landing after what waits for it, a hard dependency between two things arriving in the same release, or a circle no ordering satisfies.
