    What was actually realized

Expected-versus-realized exists per use case. This is the ledger the suite was missing: realized value accumulated across assets and across quarters, with what it does not know stated beside what it does.

    What this studio does

Each studio can say what one initiative was expected to deliver and what it actually delivered. None of them accumulates: nothing adds realized value up across assets, and nothing carries it across quarters. This is that ledger.

It carries forward what the per-use-case tracking already refuses: nothing enters a total without a named attester, and modeled value is kept out of the realized figure rather than quietly improving it. An empty ledger reports zero and names every source that has booked nothing — the coverage line, not the number, is what tells you how much of the picture you are looking at.
