Missed-question re-queue, custom draws, and per-domain score reports
Practice rounds now remember what you drew and what you missed: a missed-question mode re-serves items until you answer them correctly, fresh draws prefer questions you have never seen (stalest-first when the pool runs short), round sizes are selectable, and every results screen breaks your score down by blueprint domain with a weakest-domain pointer into the study guide.

Every Architect Foundations item carries a calibrated difficulty band
The last 90 unclassified study drills were each read and banded (53 straightforward, 34 moderate, 3 hard), completing per-item difficulty plus exam-task assignments across all 319 items. The build now refuses any item without a calibrated band, so an unclassified question can no longer ship.

Developer Foundations and Architect Professional simulated exams go server-graded
Both timed forms are now served and graded by the same server-side exam engine as Architect Foundations, so answer keys never reach the browser.

Per-option study notes rewritten for shuffled delivery
262 per-option notes referenced option letters (“B would be correct if…”) that no longer match once options shuffle at draw. Every note now names the approach instead of a letter, so the review sheet cannot mis-cite an option you never saw.

Answer-cue remediation, measured against official sample items
Two guessing cues were measured and removed: the correct answer was the uniquely longest option on 96% of drill items (now 11%, versus 17% on Anthropic's own published samples), and one option position held 63% of answer keys (now 25%). Options also shuffle with relabeling on every draw.
